Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR")

Dear Customer / Supplier,

 

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller, provides the following privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data of customers and suppliers, collected in the context of managing contractual and/or pre-contractual relationships. We invite you to read the following information, which has been prepared to ensure transparency, fairness, security, and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, in full compliance with the rights established by current legislation.

 

1. Data Controller

 

The Data Controller is Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l., with registered office in Via Suor Maria Pellettier, 4, 20900 Monza (MB), VAT and Tax Code 01956830184, contactable at the email address: info@resineisolanti.com or by phone: +39 0382 815979.

 

2. Categories of Data Processed

 

The personal data processed are of a common nature and may include, by way of example: name, surname, title, email address, telephone contacts, tax and banking data. These data may refer both to the direct contracting party (individual customer/supplier) and to employees, collaborators, or legal representatives of corporate customers or suppliers.

 

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

 

The above data, once collected, will be processed for purposes related to the fulfillment of contractual, pre-contractual, and legal obligations arising from or connected to the relationships established with customers and suppliers, whether natural or legal persons. Specifically, data are processed for:

  • contractual and administrative-accounting obligations;

  • management of information requests and support regarding our products;

  • compliance with regulatory obligations;

  • communication with company contacts involved in the supply or purchase of goods or services.

The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), and for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), including the defense of rights in legal proceedings, IT systems management and security, and the prevention of fraud and contractual abuse.

 

4. Nature of Data Provision

 

Providing the data for the purposes indicated above is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract with Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l. Failure to provide such data may result in the full or partial impossibility of performing the contract.

 

5. Methods of Processing

 

Personal data are processed using manual, electronic, and telematic means, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and with full respect for the confidentiality and rights of the data subject. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to ensure data security, in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

Processing is carried out by personnel authorized and properly trained by Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l., and in accordance with the instructions provided by the Data Controller.

 

6. Data Disclosure and Recipients

 

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties engaged by Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l. to provide services necessary for the proper management of the relationship. These may include, for example: professionals providing services to the company, accounting and legal consultants, banks and insurance institutions, auditing firms, IT maintenance providers, and public authorities within the limits provided by law.

Data will not be subject to dissemination.

 

7. Data Retention

 

Personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for a subsequent period not exceeding 10 years, in order to fulfill legal obligations related to civil, tax, and accounting matters.

 

8. Data Subject Rights

 

The data subject has the right to access their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to request rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to the processing (Art. 21).

These rights can be exercised by contacting the Data Controller at: privacy@resineisolanti.com.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to Art. 77 of the GDPR, if they believe the processing of their personal data violates the Regulation.

 

9. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

 

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union. Should such a transfer become necessary, Resine Isolanti O. Diena S.r.l. will adopt appropriate safeguards in accordance with Articles 45 and following of the GDPR.
